Time Tracker Trial Version

The full featured trial version of Time Tracker allows you to use the actual software. The only limitation being that the software will expire within approximately 1-1½ months.

You will be able to configure working schedules for your organization and evaluate every aspect of the software. Once you purchase a licensed version, you will be able to continue where you left off. All of your data files will be preserved.

In addition, the trial version includes a fully configured 'Sample Organization'. This simple example will allow you to try out all of the features of Time Tracker without configuring and entering all of the data yourself.

Time Tracker Single User Installation

• To install, you must download TTSYSTEM.EXE (6,988K) into a temporary folder.
• Install by executing (ttsystem.exe) and follow the on screen instructions.
• When you are prompted for a drive and folder, select a folder on your local drive.

Time Tracker Multi-User Network Installation

• To install, you must first download TTSYSTEM.EXE (6,988K) into a temporary folder.
• Install by executing (ttsystem.exe) only once on a network drive and follow the on screen instructions.
• When you are prompted for a drive and folder, select a folder on your network drive.
• Next download TTWRKSTN.EXE (4,699K) into a temporary folder.
• Execute (ttwrkstn.exe) on each workstation that needs to access the software.

Time Tracker User Manual

Time Tracker has two versions of the user manual. There is the 'online computer' version that is installed with Time Tracker and the 'printable MSWord document' (ttmanual.doc).

The 'printable MSWord document' is optional and is contained in the self extracting file TTMANUAL.EXE (389K). It may be downloaded and executed in a temporary folder.

We would like to emphasize that the 'online computer' version has the following advantages:

• The computer help is 'Context Sensitive' (it knows what you are doing at all times and automatically displays the chapter that relates to the task at hand).
• It includes the ability to search and find individual topics or phrases within the text.
• It contains movies that illustrate some of the more complex concepts.
• It has 'hyperlinks' which give expanded descriptions of a phrase or topic.
• In short it supports all of the features of Windows HTML Help and more.

Time Tracker Installation Guide

The installation guide (ttinstal.doc) is an MSWord document. It is contained in the self extracting file "TTINSTAL.EXE". Reading this guide is optional. Should you require the guides detailed instructions download TTINSTAL.EXE (515K) and execute it in a temporary folder.
